CWWK 12th/13th generation Core 8505 NAS/i5-12450H motherboard/4x2.5G/6 SATA3.0/6x M.2 NVMe/dual SFF-8643

I tried setting up the board outside of my case and test every component - was working fine.

Installing it into my case and it was also working fine however after running it for a hour it went unsresponsive and broke down.

I tried different PSUs, Ram slots, ram kits, usb sticks, system drives and nothing helped as of now.

Fan only moves a little when booting and goes unresponsive. no hdmi or dp output.

no manuals, no support which can be looked up directly, support & manuals does not work (in normal tab and in inkognito it is showing an error)

I have received the package within 2 weeks in a mint condition.
I have bought the 12th gen i5 12450H with a Jonsbo radiator + the SFF 8643 SATA breakout cable.
Tried it with Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS desktop and then later with TrueNAS scale and now it is running OMV.
With an efficient power supply it can be a perfect NAS system with low power consumption (~30W idle with 3x6TB 5400 HDD + 512 nvme SSD)

Can't wake up from sleep. No matter of BIOS settings and with Linux or Windows.
No C10 state because of JMB SATA controller.

The delivery to EU was realy fast but it is now stuck for 2 weeks and not even close to the destination. So i´m not sure how long it will take from now on, not realy great.
