Unfortunately the unit I received experienced random crashes, would not see the SSD, and was unable to maintain BIOS settings. All these point to a motherboard problem. I contact support. Initially the response was quick. They sent me a new BIOS to flash to see if that would solve the problem. However, after flashing it, the unit worked even worse. It turns out support sent me a BIOS that is incompatible with my unit. I have been waiting for a week now to get a new response from support.
At this point, I am considering requesting a refund, since the unit is not totally inoperable.
