At this price point, I'm still quite satisfied with the purchase.

This product feels like a prototype rushed to market rather than a finished, reliable offering. There are numerous issues that buyers should be aware of:

Misleading Specifications – The product page is inaccurate. For example, the 10GbE network card runs on PCIe 2.0 x4, not PCIe 3.0 as many would expect. This significantly limits performance.

Power Design Confusion – When using a 19V DC power supply, the ATX12V 8-pin connector also receives 19V. The DC barrel jack and the ATX12V 8-pin are directly connected, which is undocumented and potentially dangerous if misunderstood.

Missing Interfaces in BIOS – The BIOS includes configuration options for two SATA ports, but the physical motherboard doesn’t provide any SATA connectors.

CPU Cooler Issues – On arrival, the CPU cooler screws were loose. I strongly recommend users check and tighten them before use. Under 50% CPU load (U300E version), P-core temperatures range from 60–70°C—something to keep an eye on.

Short SFF-8654 Cable – The included SFF-8654 cable is extremely short, roughly 100mm, which makes internal layout and cable management unnecessarily difficult.

PCIe x8 Slot Unusable (U300E Version) – The PCIe x8 slot receives power, but no connected devices are recognized.

Poor USB 3.0 Header Placement – The position of the USB 3.0 header is poorly designed. When using full-size PCIe x16 cards, it interferes with the header, making it unusable.

4x M.2 Adapter Compatibility Issues – The M.2 slot can recognize both M.2-to-PCIe and M.2 SATA devices, but there's a installation order requirement: devices must be installed in slot 1 and slot 4 first for proper detection. This is undocumented and may cause confusion during setup..

No Documentation or BIOS Support – There is no manual provided, no BIOS download link, and no clarity on whether any firmware updates will ever come.

Despite all these issues, the build quality of the motherboard is actually quite good. The M.2 NVMe slot supports full x4 speed, the onboard 10GbE NIC is a nice addition, and the eDP interface is also very convenient. Hopefully, future versions will address the current shortcomings. At this price point, perhaps it's unrealistic to expect too much. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied with the purchase.
