I purchased this from CWWK's website and it was listed as using ddr4 but then noticed it was also listed for sale on Amazon but it was listed as using ddr5. I tried to contact CWWK to verify which version of ram I needed to purchase. I was hoping to order it and have it shipped as I was waiting for the shipment of the computer. I never received a response so I had to wait for it to be delivered. It did ship very fast considering the distance. I came to find out that it was ddr5 due to the markings on the board. There is no manual or any paperwork shipped with the unit and I can't find anything on the site about it either, though the support page on CWWKs site is in chinese and google translate doesn't seem to handle it well, so there may be information there that I just can't decypher.
Due to the failure of three major companies to properly deliver the RAM, I have yet to acquire what's needed to get it up and running to see if it will even work for the purpose it was bought for. I have only a YouTube video so at least I can see the performance but as of now it is still a nice looking expensive paperweight
If I can finally get the ram needed and get the performance I'm expecting out of this unit I'll change the rating to 4 stars but the lack of response during sale and lack of any paperwork will keep it from receiving 5 stars
