All great, easy to mount the ram and NVME drive. The only problem that I faced was that the CMOS battery was dead. Instead of 3V had 1.5V, once it was replaced no more troubles.
Since it was something minor, I did not contact support.

Second purchase from CWWK and couldn’t be happier. Solid performance, great form factor and they even upgraded me to fulfill in time.

Works as expected so far. No manual included at all, but got it installed and configured, so all good, although I cant figure out if a firmware upgrade is available or how to find it. But will probably find out at some point.

Very bad experience. The machine reboots every time i try to install the OS. Only works with disabled turbo mode or disabled ecores. Cant contact support since email adresses bounce back....
