Delivery from mainland China to Germany was fast and took about 7-8 days. I was able to track the delivery status at any time via the tracking app. The 8-slot NAS motherboard was well packaged (good transport security) and arrived undamaged. The delivery includes the motherboard, the IO shield, screws, and a warranty card. I also ordered the optional SFF-8643 to SATA cable. The latest BIOS version is installed, and the 48GB DDR5 SODIMM was recognized immediately. It would be improved if a manual or one-pager were included, explaining, for example, the pin assignment of the front panel IO header. I ultimately had to figure out the pin assignment myself using the trail and error method. The software FTP server (https://pan.changwang.com) is a bit difficult to read for non-Chinese speakers due to the Chinese characters and sporadic Latin letters, and the browser translation isn't always helpful. The motherboard delivers on its promise, and its power consumption is pleasingly low. I can't comment on its long-term performance yet, as I've only been using the motherboard continuously (24/7) for a week or two.
